Refund policy

At Selaya, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • All tags and original packaging must be included.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at selayafashion@gmail.com and include your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at selayafashion@gmail.com
